Do I need Channex to use HostlyApp?

No. With Essential you connect each home to Airbnb, Booking.com or any other site with iCal links. Pro and Premium add the Channex two-way connection, which also sends prices and restrictions and avoids double bookings.

How does the free trial work?

You get 28 days with every feature of your plan. We set up the account with you, and you need no credit card.

Can I import my existing bookings?

Yes. Once a home is linked, upcoming bookings are imported from the platform, and you can add direct bookings by hand.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Europe. Guest ID photos from online check-in are deleted automatically a few days after the stay.

Who receives the money from direct bookings?

You do. Payments go to your own Stripe account and HostlyApp takes no commission.

Which languages are available?

The app is available in English and French today. German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Swahili are on the way. Guest messages and the booking page follow each guest’s language.
